Depending on the size of the home and the requests of our clients, for a size of floor area 30 sqm. below we send 1 mother cleaner and above 31sqm. we send a 2 or more Mothers for every home. We adjust and add as the home gets bigger and the tasks become more complex.

Can I request other things to be done from the Mother

Knows Best Cleaner?

For additional requests, please inform the Client Servicing Team prior to cleaning day, so we can give instructions to the Mothers. Depending on the scope of the additional request, we may have to increase the number of Mother Cleaners or extend the cleaning time. During the job, as long as there is enough or extra

time, our Cleaners can accommodate additional requests. However, if the work exceeds the 5 hours cleaning time, we will have to charge the for an overtime fee of P200 per hour per Mother.

*Do I have to pay for transportation?

We charge transportation depending on your location.

*Do I need to prepare any materials?

We bring all of the cleaning materials and solutions. Should you have any special request or any particular cleaning solution that you would like to be used, kindly mention it when you confirm the booking.

*Do I have to provide meals for them?

Our Mother Cleaners bring their own water and meals. Should you wish to provide extra, we greatly appreciated.

*In which areas do you do provide your services?

Our primary service areas are BGC, Taguig, Makati, Parañaque and Pasay City. We try our best to accommodate areas outside Metro Manila, however, please note that these areas may be subject to additional transportation charge.

*Do you have night/evening cleaning schedules?

For home cleaning services, we only do morning and afternoon cleaning schedules. For Business Cleaning services, we can customize the working hours as needed, depending on the availability of our Cleaners.

*Do you clean garage, garden and balcony?

We can include outside cleaning of your house or office. Please let us know the size in square meters of these areas.

*I don't know the size of my house, can you come

and visit?

We can do ocular for spaces higher than 250sqm both residential and non-residential

For Taguig and Makati
For Mandaluyong and Ortigas we charge the client P500.00
For Parañaque and Muntinlupa we charge
the client P500.00 with toll fee back and forth

*My house is actually clean, and I don't need deep

cleaning. Do you offer basic cleaning only?

We offer the Subscription Cleaning Package for basic cleaning needs, however we require clients to avail of our Deep Cleaning Service first. As of the moment, the Subscription Package is exclusively for Taguig, Makati, Paranaque and Pasay City.

Best cleaners exceed 5 hours?

Our Mother Cleaners are efficient and maximize the time for the cleaning sessions. However, if overtime is needed, our overtime charge is P200 per mother per hour.

*Do you allow if I use my own cleaning materials?

What's your rate if I use my own?

Yes, we can use your cleaning materials, but it would be helpful for

client services to know what materials specifically will be provided to make sure we would still have the complete set of cleaning materials to complete the job. The same rates apply for the cleaning services as our own materials and equipment are already included in the packages.
